Project: Carl Kennedy & Johnny Gleeson

Carl Kennedy takes to the Gypsy lifestyle of an international DJ naturally. That is because he is quite literally a Gypsy, (or Traveler as English/Irish Gypsies are called). This past year has been no exception. Carl tours regularly throughout every country on the globe. He is a favorite at Ibiza’s famous Pacha. He has also played some of the biggest festivals in the world: Future in Australia, Ultra Music Festival in Miami, the Budapest Love Parade in Hungary, Liberty parade in Romania. Pete Tong, a longtime supporter, has proclaimed Carl “One of the worlds best undiscovered Dj’s” .

Johnny Gleeson is the quintessential Australian DJ. He is a product of Austrlia’s House Scene uprise of the early 90’s and has played a major role in burgeoning the dance music scene in Sydney.
He was one of the first Australian DJ Residents at Pacha Ibiza and is highly regarded for delivering sets of epic quality. He has played alongside DJ’s such as Roger Sanchez, Carl Cox, Tenaglia, Basement Jaxx, Martin Solveig, Bob Sinclar, Pete Tong, The Swedish House Mafia and Eric Morillo, which has taken him across the world, playing in Europe, The UK, Miami, Ibiza, China, Taiwan and New York City. His work has been remixed by Scumfrog, Paolo Mojo, Dave Spoon and Mark Knight. In 2010, he was nominated for Artist of the Year by the OZ Music Awards.
Johnny has recently been in the studio working with and producing tracks for Pacha, Defected, Toolroom Records, and mixes for Hed Kandi and R n B superstar Ludicrus.
