Biography:

There’s a lot more to Sharon Amos and Anna Crane of duo Masai, than meets the eye. These girls are gutsy, smart and worked damn hard to get where they are - Well that's what the PR blurb says and we were forced to believe it!

The girls met on the London party circuit in 1996, they were students by day and door pickers at some of London's hottest clubs by night. - they both (seperately) turned P Diddy away from their respective clubs.

We're slightly confused though, the blurb we were presented with dutifully tells us that Do That Thang was their debut single, but on inspection of their website we're informed that Heaven & Hell is their debut single.

Do That Thang is is a perfect blend of classy pop and R&B, with its slick and sexy vocals and a killer chorus. Working with people behind hits for acts such as Mis-teeq & Blue it's suprising to learn that this track didn't make any kind of impact on the charts.

These are also not your typical vocalists, oh no between them they speak 4 languages and have 2 degrees - that almost puts Will Young shame (we said almost).
As far as we're aware the girl's debut album "Angels & Demons" failed to secure a release in the UK.
